Masks are a must. Come prepared as you will be required to wear a face mask during your treatment.
I can not supply you with water, so please bring a bottle with you.

I will be sanitising my room before each of you come in so please be patient.
Sanitising gel will be on the table just inside the door. Please use it.
Please if possible take your temperature before coming and let me know what it is
You must tell me if you have had or been in contact with anyone that's had COVID19. This can effect the way you respond to your treatment.
If you have any systoms, coughing, sneezing, temperature, rash, loss of smell and taste etc you must contact me via phone and cancel/rearrange your appointment.
