CANCELLATION POLICY
I am a very understanding person and realise that sometime life is unavoidable but please, please bare in mind this is my business I have no other income.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to the demand for appointments I require 48hrs notice on all cancellations to avoid a 50% of treatment fee charge. No shows or very last minute cancellations require full payment of time this also includes gift vouchers payments.
All new clients All bookings will require a full payment of the treatment asked for to secure your booking.
GIFT VOUCHERS It is the responsibility of the holder to keep the gift voucher safe and use with in 1 yr. Without the gift voucher we can not redeem. Expiration period: Vouchers remain valid for 12 months from the exact date of purchase and can not be extended.
Usage rules: Vouchers apply to specific holistic treatments or monetary values and are not redeemable for cash.
Partial use: Clients may split voucher values across multiple visits unless stated otherwise.
Booking and Cancellations Code requirement: Gift Voucher must be provided at the time of booking.
Physical presentation: The original physical or digital voucher must be shown to the therapist upon arrival.
Cancellation terms: Standard late cancellation and no-show policies apply, which may deduct value or full price from the voucher. Please contact me as soon as possible to rearrange or cancel any appointments. 07908295725.
