Meditation, Healing Circles & Workshops
I qualified in Meditation many years ago. Held many meditation groups. I moved premises where I continued but lost my confidence and after moving again to my beautiful home I decided to bring back this amazing group. My confidence has grown. My ladies get a lot from the healing groups, the full moon groups and the meditation groups. We have held circle at my home, in local venues for the summer and winter solstice.
My next journey is Shamanic journey where I am learning about spirit animals and drumming and hope soon to hold space for drumming circles.

To come along and join us, It's £15 per person we concentrate on one to one and smaller more intimate groups of no more than 10 people.
The Summer Solstice is a much larger group. We had over 60 at the last one that came and join us to watch the sun come up and join in our summer solstice blessing circle and 25 booked in for the beach meditation. It was a great very early morning meeting at 4am but we all did it. We all supported each other. Most of us partnered up and went into the sea. Making new friends. Absolutely amazing energies.

Its getting closer and close to spring and I know so many if you want to get outside and connect with Mother earth.

There will be quite a lot of walking. So steady shoes too please. The ground is uneven in places and a few steep hills too.
